About the CCW Class:

This LIVE ONLINE class is our regular MN Permit To Carry class STREAMED LIVE to your electronic device so each student can take this class in the privacy of your own home. This is not a “self-paced” class. This class is designed for students seeking to acquire their initial MN Permit To Carry or current PTC holders who need to renew. This class will cover all necessary curriculum required by the MN Bureau of Criminal (BCA) to apply for your MN PERMIT TO CARRY. Students will learn MN laws, Use of Force/Use of Deadly Defensive Force, Situational Awareness and more. One of the most important parts of this class is learning the 5 Elements of the Law of Self Defense which is taught in detail and how to apply these Elements to a real self defense encounter. Students will also receive a Certificate of Training and a separate email regarding range information sent the week prior to the class. The shooting portion of the class will be scheduled with each student at the end of the online course. The shooting range we use is located in Burnsville, MN. The exact address will be given to you after you have been assigned your range time.

About the Concealed Carry Instructor:

Pete and Libby Cheolis co-teach classes and bring an enormous amount of value to the classroom and range environment. Pete is a USCCA and NRA Certified Instructor. Pete trained as a Navy Corpsman to serve with the marines in combat. Libby is a “Gun Safe Mom” and brings a unique perspective of being a first-time learner herself. How Do I Apply For My CCW License After the Class?

After the class, you will walk out with a class completion certificate signed by the instructor. From there you just need to visit your county sheriff’s office and apply. Don’t worry. We’ll give you detailed instructions and set you up before you leave the class.
